• The vehicle must be returned to the dealership in the same condition it was in when you purchased it. This is contingent upon a dealer inspection of the vehicle by a sales manager.
• Any vehicle returned will be assessed a 5% restocking fee (based on the purchase price as outlined in the Bill of Sale), and a $1 per mile fee to cover the expenses we incur for taking the car back.
• In the event that you decide to exercise your 5-Day/500-Mile guarantee and we have already sold your trade-in, Sky Auto Mall will reimburse you for the amount we paid for your trade-in as outlined in the Vehicle Bill of Sale.
• The 5-Day/500-Mile guarantee will also apply to out of state buyers; however the buyer, at their own expense, is responsible for any outgoing and return shipping fees. It is the responsibility of the buyer to return the vehicle to the dealership in the same condition as the vehicle left the dealership.
• Buyers exercising the 5-Day/500-Mile guarantee must return the vehicle to Sky Auto Mall within 5 calendar days of purchase during regular dealership business hours, and the vehicle must have been driven less than 500 miles since purchase, based on the Odometer Disclosure document.
